Every staff member that we had time with was exceptional. Mandy the receptionist was the friendliest medical receptionist I’ve ever encountered. Dr Anthony V was calm and kind. Very clear with explanations and spike directly to my daughter. Our nurses Stephani and Aaron were both efficient and reassuring. Thanks Ocre Sippy team.

Arrived around 1pm and I was immediately greeted by one of the nicest receptionists I've ever encountered. She made me feel welcome and put me at ease. All of the staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were all extremely friendly and understanding. The wait time was pretty moderate for a smaller urgent care (around one hour in total), although it could be excused as there was only one doctor seeing several patients. Overall, as much as I do not like going to see the doctor, Ochre was by far the most positive and efficient visit I've had in my life. I will definitely be recommending the urgent care centre to my friends and family. Well-deserved five stars.

I have been dismissed when raising my concerns about the right specialists to be referred to for my condition. I was told to go and find a psychiatrist myself which would require me to make another appointment just for a referral and spend more of my money. I was dismissed when asking about my medication and the dose was only raised when I asked again due to me experiencing constant pain despite being on this medication for a month. I cried after my appointment today because I felt like I wasn’t heard and that my situation was hopeless. I wasn’t supported at all and I’ve been told simultaneously by one doctor that my pain is lifelong and also that it’s out of the doctors area of expertise. This mismanagement is delaying my referral to specialists and ensuring I will be in pain for even longer.

I've recently changed my doctor and pharmacy to Ochre and I'm very happy with the care and service. All staff that I've encountered have been friendly and courteous. Dr Roberts has been pro active in my care and followed up with me each time. The pharmacy too has been extremely helpful and the service they provide is excellent. I think I made the right move. JK

They were able to get us in on a Saturday at short notice. Everyone from the Receptionist to the Nurse and then the Dr were all very friendly and very efficient at their job. Not my regular GP but would not hesitate in returning to them. Very impressed and best of all, my son is already on the mend thanks to their fast response.

I miss read the closing time online and arrived just as they closed - the lovely lady was so kind in the way she let me know I had missed the boat, and suggested other places I could get medical attention. I just wanted to mention this as it made a big difference to my day - that she was kind and helpful. I went where she recommended and got the care I needed.

After trying to find a GP (as a new patient) on the Sunshine Coast for more than a year, I am so thankful to have been referred to Ochre Health at Sippy Downs. I have received a high level of care with quick turnaround times from both the GP clinic and QML services. The service offered by Dr Popavich for skin cancer removal was also convenient, affordable and caring. This is an excellent practice that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Honestly, the best walk-in doctor services I've ever been to. The staff, nurses and doctors are so friendly and helpful! I would easily drive past 4 other practices to visit this one.
